2. if the customer is unsatisfied with their order, they must return it within 30 days for a full refund
3. the product must be returned in the conditioned received, undamaged, and the customer is responsible for return cost
4. after 30 days or without following requirement The Lioncrest Company will not accept any return and no money will be refunded
